Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator OSHC Training Introduction
Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSHC) should be appointed by employer if he has five or more employees at the workplace as in accordance to OSH Amendment Act 2022, subsection 29(A). Failure of not complying to this regulations will be liable to a fine not exceeding RM50,000.00 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
OSHC Training Objectives
Training Objectives of this Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator is that participants will be liable to:
Give exposure of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) to Small and Medium Industry (SMI)
Enhance OSH awareness to employer and employee in SMI sector
Create and promote the safety culture in the workplace and provide the knowledge pertaining to OSH compliance and provide the knowledge to manage and maintain the Occupational Safety and Health documents.
OSHC Training Certificates
Those that attend this 3-day course will receive a certificate of trained person and registered under DOSH.
